Managerial (internal) bookkeeping

Managerial accounting (also called internal) serves effective company management. Unlike financial bookkeeping following law, managerial accounting is set up according to your company needs in order to watch expense and revenue clearly and it is oriented to management decisions.

Basic element of internal company accounting is following costs and revenues so that reports meet internal company needs. Information serves owners and managers, not for external purposes.

Our company work with the accounting program called POHODA, which enables three sorting levels of costs and revenues by the following way:

  • orders – we monitor economic activities of individual orders
  • cost centers – we monitor economic activities of units, business premises
  • activities – we monitor economic activities of individual business activity

Because of detailed settings of accounting we are able to control a company effectively, to decide about investment, identify profit of individual activity and to create a strategy for the future period. We set up structure of accounting according to your needs and supply you with output of your economic activities regularly.
