- Foreign entity or unit doing business in the Czech Republic on the basis of special legal rules
- State body organization
- Individual registered in Commercial register (also foreign individual)
- The self-employed who exceeded turnover 25 mil CZK per a previous calendar year
- Individual who keep bookkeeping on basis of his/her own decision (also foreign individual)
- Other individual who is an entrepreneur associated in a company to fulfill other requirements
- Businessmen or special accounting units who are obliged to keep bookkeeping on a special legal regulation basis
- Trust funds
- Funds administered by a pension company
- Investment funds
